We’re currently looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing SEN-Explorers team.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping children, young people, and adults with Special Educational Needs build confidence and learn vital life skills in real-world settings.

This role includes:

• Working 1:1 or in small groups
   
• Supporting with independent living skills (e.g., cooking, travel, personal care, tidying)
   
• Attending community activities and residential trips
   
• Providing in-home and community-based support
   
• Encouraging social interaction, communication, and confidence-building
   

What we're looking for:

• Experience with or interest in working with SEN (training provided)
   
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
   
• A willingness to work across different settings—homes, community spaces, and on the go
   
• A genuine passion for empowering others
